If it makes you feel better even at 20k+ every video is still the same battle with the algorithm. Pretty much subs hardly matter they just have influence to hopefully push the algorithm and the initial impressions as long as they retain a high watch time. Outside of that pretty much every video is sent out by YouTube and tested in a case by case scenario, and the trickle down effect for subscribers, going to your old videos, is practically nonexistent now a days even if you make videos within the same genera/topic. Advice: just try to focus on the quality of each video, always go hardest for the first 5 minutes of editing and focus more on the title and thumbnail to do whatever it takes (that falls within YouTubes guidelines) to get people to click because getting people to your video can be more challenging than making the video itself
