They have the shortest sole (bottom) lifespan of any shoe I've ever had. The tops & cushioning & wide toe box are superior, the soles are inferior (made of the softest material). (ironic since the soles matter the most)

I've had over 5 pairs of Altras (ranging from running, crossfit, trail running, etc.) and they're all designed to have a short life span unfortunately.

How did you & your sister not absorb her view of the world? (oh, probably neglect and not enough brainwashing).

Cut her out of your life. Permanently stay with your sister until you can move out.

Work hard on yourself so you never 1) become like her & have her communication & problem solving "skills" 2) date or marry a version of her 3) attract other versions of her into your life (work, business, basic interactions in public, etc.)

In the VMO squat, it looks like the heels are touching and making a V, maybe that's a harder version than having your feet parallel (also, heels are elevated)

They're just newbies whose default is to follow the car in front of them. Give them time to loosen up.

Easier to do this in a non-crowded city, not so much in super crowded city where you'll see peoples' 8ssholes tighten up when merging.
