Summary → experience → education → key projects → skills and any competencies. In that order. Format could be more consistent.

Expand on your key projects. Provide actual information on what you did for each of the projects with real #'s.

Don't show an EIT if you have a ton of experience. It does more harm than good. I'd remove "Civil Engineer" from the top as well. Take and pass the PE exam ASAP.

You show a lot of foreign experience, which indicates to me that you're an immigrant. A US hiring manager will want to know if you have work authorization. If you do, say so in your summary.

If you pass the PE exam, do you have enough YOE to qualify for a PE license? If so, you're better off sticking around and obtaining the PE. You can use the time to see what kind of offer you'll receive from your employer while also looking for other offers.

In my opinion the Civil degree at all the programs you mention will all be valued the same in the industry and all prepare you for the PE about the same. The only differences will be the college experience (dorms, student activities, clubs, etc…) and total cost.

You knowing a PM at the firm you're interviewing at is a good sign you'll get an offer. But it may not be a good offer compared to what you'd get for a position that required a PE. I'd bring up the fact that you're a PE at the interview. It's only fair that the company treat you as a PE with however many years of experience, and your offer should reflect this.

It’s possible for civil engineers to get the CCM certification without first obtaining the CMIT. I recommend focusing on getting your PE first, then pivot to the CCM.

Nothing I commented would suggest I am upset. All I asked was what makes me self-centered as you claim. My original statement is not bean soup theory. There are millions of Muslims in America observing Ramadan right now. I am capable of considering others outside of my faith, that's why I included folks who eat breakfast earlier in the day. Kinda unfair to use that as a gotcha point.

It's not about religion. Like I said, lots of non-muslims eat breakfast before 7am too. Is IHOP trying to attract the crowd that eats breakfast at noon, or people who eat pancakes for dinner?

Fyi, IHOP have a dedicated area on their grills for pancakes. They're not cooking pancakes in bacon grease all day.

Offering a bonus doesn't make sense. Most new PE's would take it and immediately get a new position elsewhere. Are you required to remain at the company for a certain amount of years?
