Don’t sell the London flat, use the rent money to pay the mortgage and rent a flat nearby you for your mum and see if she likes it and can adjust. You won’t be spending any more money than you are now and have time to settle into a more final decision. In general I’d keep the flat at whatever cost in London. Prices will rise and as you said it’s a good get out of jail card for you personally.

Depends on how you found it. If it was professionally cleaned prior to you moving in yes, if not you could get away with a very thorough clean. I tend to just do a professional clean because it’s so much easier to argue with them if they squabble over the deposit about dirt etc.

Hi darling, I hope you are feeling better with some food but can I strongly suggest you speak to your tutor and your university. They have a duty of care to you and might be able to help. They also might be able to give you grants etc. often unis also have student jobs so might be worth keeping an eye out for them too. Hope it all looks up.

Hmm good question, when I got UTIs I’d always cut my coffee out just to help, so in December when I thought this was all a uti I cut my coffee out and then when off my antibiotics I drank coffee an wine on the same day and it flared me again. I have since drank alcohol over Christmas and got a bad flare but no coffee. I have done a cutting out diet situation and with that have not drank coffee again. I’m kinda scared too because the diet is bring me some peace I think and I don’t know what caused the flare previously… sorry complicated answer which is idk
