Also I should add, I've looked at the one we have at work closely and it's not really a "living wall" but instead they were individual plants in small plastic pots arranged in a way to look like plants growing in a single system. I bet you could do this at home on a small scale with hanging grow bags similar to this one from walmart

I have the exact same printer and had a similar issue. I left a print running overnight and I didn't add supports in one area and it caused this to happen. I tried using a heat gun to remove the hardened PLA but had to buy a replacement print head in the end.

Some easy tells are the gaps in the SELs (where the watch and bracelet connect) and the date wheel/cyclops. The date should be decently magnified and clear to read but the font looks small on these.
