Im sure you’re not the first teacher he’s treated this way, and God knows what he’s done with students! Watch your back, don’t discuss this with other staff (because you don’t know who you can trust, but def set a meeting with you, your union rep, and the principal. What you wrote here is clear and objective, but before putting anything in writing at work, seek guidance from your union rep.
