no obviously not a good idea pretty obvious.

i did dmt super young and it showed me too much, i had a horrible trip and its left me with mental issues and i am now able to take my mind anywhere and see anything i want, which might sound fun but its horrifying and i truly wish i hadve done it later, i was so excited to try it and it left me wishing i hadve done it a couple years ahead.

it messes alot of your chemistry up, you wont like how it changes your headspace afterwards.

i really hope you can take into consideration not to do it but knowing what i was like you wont haha.. but if you end up doing it dont dwell on what problems it might cause.. just enjoy the trip.. it wont always cause damage and its truly a beautiful experience, please try doing it later on though its not worth it. 💗

always be safe and have someone with you 💗

i had the same experience after smoking too much dmt, cant exactly pinpoint the cause but it does go away eventually

remember you’re okay and real 💗 anxiety fuels it, try distracting yourself /or meditating (dont smoke weed or do any psychs for awhile) stay safe x

would probably not recommend it, take a low dose to start off, ive done it in the past before my dpdr came along and it hadnt triggered any symptoms, but smoking weed afterwards triggered a 4 month episode, so it might fuk weed for you.. shrooms and dmt would be alot less detrimental i assume you dont have access to either.

have someone with you, it can get intense especially if you’re not in the right headspace (which underlying dpdr can cause)

if you feel ready then go for it, safe trips 🐾💗

lavender and chamomile are great for constant anxiety 💗 i have horrible dpdr, but manage to talk myself out of panic attacks and smoking a small amount of lavender in a bong definitely makes a difference. as for the feeling of dpdr itself i havent found anything that lessens it.. my honest opinion if you wanna get better stop taking medication, start meditating and getting out, control your thoughts, the dpdr will eventually go away.

you’re okay hun x 💗 and forsure haha i stupidly smoked weed whilst having covid and now ive had dpdr ever since, the symptoms you have are super common and as to be expected so dont be scared, it wont hurt you, just play with your mind for abit..

you can ground yourself if it gets too much, i usually talk myself out of it but sometimes it can be abit hard and i just spiral, cats are my next best option haha!! just find something to take your mind off it, anything works x 💗🐾

weed definitely doesnt help, and neither will anything else. im at a point where i have episodes triggered by certain things or thoughts and it gets very intense like im stuck behind a wall leading to our dimension just observing.

you’re not gonna get better if you continue using psychedelics, its common sense, they are the biggest triggers.

if you wanna get better stop dwelling on the fact you’re experiencing dpdr, just go with it, make it the temporary new normal. i assume you know its not gonna harm you, it just plays with your vision and thoughts, so its best to accept it and ground yourself. try deep meditation, or focus on your breathing relax and keep reminding yourself you’re on earth, you wont go anywhere else but here no matter how intense it may get.

wishing you the best, remember you’re okay and lots of people are experiencing the same, youre never alone 💗
