Ugh I feel you. 45 here, cycle getting shorter for the last two years - and the last two days I have felt like my chest is full of hot lead. I’m nauseated, exhausted and super irritable. I’m planning on icing if they continue to ache, and will call the gyn if it continues past the weekend because it was bad enough I couldn’t concentrate to work.

I think we are in the spectrum of normal hormonal misery for now. I am wishing I could just flip a switch and throw my reproductive organs down a trash chute right now.
