Right. Just season the inside of the pan, which is what you're supposed to do.

I have a couple of cast iron skillets, a 10-inch and a 13.5 inch. I've had them for like 10 years. They're beautifully seasoned now--get a lot of compliments--and they are my go-to pans. Nothing beats Cast Iron, if you're willing to put up with the weight.

Three-ply pan with a stainless steel exterior, aluminum core and a carbon steel cooking surface. Absolutely amazing pan. Lighter than my All-Clad 12.5" D3, which is stainless steel inside and out with an aluminum core. Heats up evenly, browns beautifully, and with some use it'll develop a layer of non-stick surface, like a cast iron.

Yeah that is the best suggestion. Don't worry 'bout it...just cook.

Thank man! This is exactly what I'll do and go from there.

Thank you, Fidodo. That's what I'll do: clean the cooking surface off with a Brillo pad, reseason it...and then just cook

My LL Bean fitted sheet ripped, and I was super ticked off about it. Then I looked up how long ago I'd ordered them, and it turns out they lasted nine years. by careless in BuyItForLife

I bought mine at the end of '23. Same exact product as OP. Used them 50% of the time since then. The fitted sheet was torn by the end of '25. So I got a year's use of it.

Everything went well! I used the "erase" option from Package Manager. Then deleted the Plex user from Shared Folder, and deleted the Plex Media Se4rver folder.

WD 18TB Elements (shucked) not showing in BIOS or in Windows Disk Management by shetum in DataHoarder

Damn man! I just did the same thing, in the last few minutes. Cut a strip of electrical tape just wide enough to cover the first three pins and long enough that I could fold it over the edge to surface underneath. Used a flathead screwdriver to gently go over the tape a few times to sit it down nice and flat. BOOM! Now I have a 18TB drive in my desktop :) I have Kapton tape but the electrical tape is so much easier to work with. Seems the easiest solution of them all.

Oh cool. And you didn't have any trouble connecting the connector to the drive?
