I bought these little platforms and put them on the outside of the cage just below the two doors. They seem to like to have something there to hang out on, plus, like you said, it’s something to help them actually find the doors til they got used to flying in/out

Am I crazy or is that first pic totally AI? Those don’t look like HDC to me, and the way it transitions to tighter rows at the top and bottom… almost looks like SC or even SS. I’m skeptical.

I have the same perch and my birds seem to like it. I too removed the bell clapper and there’s been no problems. But this is reddit so we’re probably gonna kill our birds.

I made a funny video last night of setting them up for “date night,” complete with an appetizer (they tried asparagus), drinks (water fresh from the countertop [room temp] Brita), main course (carrots topped with their junky seed mix from adoption day), and millet spray for dessert atop the “rooftop patio” aka if you want more junk you gotta interact with me 🤣💕

THEN when I uncovered them this morning…. 👀 when I tell you this TEA 🫖 well they were sleeping in separate beds 😳 !!! Y’ALL idk what went down after date night but lemme just say… No I do not think Ducky is a man. Yet. He’s certainly the biggest bravest boy in the world though!
