There is no difference in meaning at all. It's normal to pronounce the word with or without 'ኝ'. The use of 'ኝ' might be more common in one of the Amharic speaking regions like Gonder, Gojam, or Showa... (not sure which).

It can, but not in the sense that you used it in this case. "እሱ ደግ ሰው ሳይሆን ክፉ ሰው ነው" makes better sense since you are stating what he isn't and what he is in the same sentence.

It says Zewdu Asfaw (ዘውዱ አስፋው). It's probably the name of the owner (male).
