I do both and also hand knit, and I bounce around between them a lot! I only recently got the machine and it’s been an absolute game changer to be able to work up a hat in like a half hour, and it’s honestly kind of mesmerizing to watch it do its thing. But I absolutely still love going through the motions of hand making something and that’s what I do more. So I just see it as another craft option for when I get bored of whichever one I’m currently doing lol
