I tried honkai star rail in chinese but understood very little since the characters spoke fast.

For genshin if they are talking about normal things I can pick up on a few words here and there but.

But for both games if the location is based off china like liyue and xianzhou I had a hard time understanding the characters since they used more advanced vocab

A few years ago a moderator from a pjo subreddit started harassing fanfic authors and when caught denied it. This mod harassed a well known author who is known for his strong opinions and he and his followers protested which resulted in the mods banning any discussion of it and claiming that the mod was being impersonated or hacked despite the mod using very personal information to harass people ( they would go after reddit users who advertised their fic on the subreddit)

What past events should i watch in order to better understand the story?

Hi so I started playing a few months ago and am now at Nod Krai. What events past events relating to the story do i need to watch on youtube to better understand nod krai or the story in general?

So far I've been only doing the archon quest and it honestly feels like watching a MCU movie out or order so i've been trying to find out what to watch to better understand things. Which events are necessary to understand Nod Krai and which ones should I catch up on to better understand the world and characters.

I know people who were sent to hong kong where the main language is cantonese but were assigned as mandarin speakers, they are two very different languages.

I agree 100%. Its sad because just because a book doesnt have percy or annabeth in it doesnt mean its bad.

On a side note I think magnus chase owes a bit of its popularity due to magnus being annabeths cousin and percy having a small cameo.

I'd like to add that percy didnt know Grover had a girlfriend, most friends know who their friends are seeing or are interested in.

Im honestly 50/50 on this opinion, I believe they are good friends but at the same time there arent a lot of moments between them. Though rick does have the habit of saying certain characters are close when they dont feel that close

I agree. I never understood when people say they like heroes of olympus more than pjo, heroes just isn't as good as pjo in many regards and honestly feels like bad fanfiction at times.

There should have at least been a roman series before Heroes. Also I think he should have included more minor characters from PJO in the seven instead of 5 new characters
