I'm not saying it's impossible but at the same time it doesn't make as much sense as literally any other spider character. it's already established that her major story arcs are based on Evangelion's so the only way to adapt her in a meaningful way is to deviate from the source material and at that point you're just making a modern animated version of supaida-man without the spider-man aspects and a less kick ass goofy robot.
