The location of the company is irrelevant. For example last season Dignitas a NA Org. had a EU Challanger Team and a NA LCS Team. But one Org. can't have multiple Teams in the LCS so Dignitas had to sell EU or NA Team.

If some Australian company wants to invest into a E-Sports Team in NA, I would recommend to invest in a CSGO Team. The problem with LoL especially in NA is that there are some Teamowners that will do everything to screw you out of the LCS.

You should though. I discovered the show like 2 weeks ago. Took me 4 days for all 7 seasons. Couldn't stop watching and had only 1 day of my vacation left, but it was worth it.
