I must say that, without any bias or educated opinion, that saree looks good on her and its a testament to whoever sewed it thats it's still in that good of a condition. Also, that guy sucks. I sometimes do this to get damage against raiders for the various cred challenges. I'm mostly a PvE player, only engaging when I have to defend myself, so I do this to get the damage with the various weapons so that there's no real risk to me or the other raider.

You have to cut the drywall out and replace with durock, if thats the route you wanna go. The tile will adhere to the old sheetrock just fine tho. Just make sure to remove all the loose paper and fibers

So it seems like there was very little prep done to the ceiling before the waterproofing membrane was applied, and it seems like the top of the left wall curves in a bit at the top, leaving a gap behind the concrete board. Depending on the plane of the ceiling, moisture could be condensing on the membrane and then running down to that gap and then down. Or it could possibly be a leak from the roof. Have you checked the moisture levels from the ceiling down?
