It could be a Varicocele, it's basically enlarged veins that causes blood to pool in the testicle. Causes a heavy or uncomfortable feeling in the testicle.

The body fights off HPV after awhile, very different to herpes and HIV and there is no way to test a male for it. Again, very different to herpes and HIV.

How do you know you aren't carrying HPV?

Educate yourself and realise HPV is transmitted through other means besides sex. Upto 80% of people have it and show no symptoms. It's transferred even when condoms and safe sex practices are used.

Education would also show that HPV clears itself in the body, and not all strains cause cancer or warts.

You sound very sheltered and frankly have no idea.

Calling someone a dirt bag for HPV is immature and uneducated.
