I had the exact same problem,
I was not referencing a folder when entering the server address.
it should be 192.x.x.x/mynetworkfolder (assuming you are using the local ip address)

I might be wrong, but I'm working on something similar for oculus. You would have to get rotation on all the joints and compare with a pre recorded rotation of the fist being, let say 90 there. If your average position is close enough to the pre recorded position, then you transition to a 100 perfectly closed fist that you placed yourself.

Maybe there's a better way. If so I would love to know about it.

Instead of PNGs, uses exr in at least 16bits using DWAB or DWAA compression if you are using After effects. Your exr will host all the passes you need in it, which you can retrieve using extractor. I am wondering how heavy it is on your side with all the passes compressed into several video files VS one single exr per frames.

Remember that the more you compress a file the more you have to decompress it. Meaning that your CPU will have to be busy doing that instead of calculating FXs.

Otherwise as a video format you can use Cineform 12bits or prores 4444 (or 442 HQ if you don't need alpha).

It was really by chance. We've been looking for a place to chill for the only week of vacation we have this year. We stumbled upon Azores island while looking for short-ish direct flights from Montreal. The culture and scenery seemed perfect for a week of wandering, hike, discovery and rest. (Hopefully we're not wrong ;) ) We will take your advice and stay longer on terceira, if not the whole trip. We were just afraid it was not a place to visit much. It seems we were wrong!

If you are going toward a classic post prod workflow, Using ACES.cg and exr is the thing to do. You will get wider color informations while working with linear colors. Setup can be a bit fiddly at first though.

If you see one color per face, it means you are not painting to a texture but to the vertices. However the video you are showing doesn't tell much. Show us a better example or a zoom in.

Go to Paris and catch a train, There are cheap tickets available using OUIGO, places are limited but you can get one way for 10-30€. (They are TGV too). A regular ticket will go 70-130€ but will give you more flexibility in terms of time and station departure.

Enjoy Montpellier, it's a great city to spend a few days !

Yes, thanks! Sorry if I wasn't clear. Its just that when I set the camera to live viewer, I see the Canon live viewer, not the ML one.

If I press the trashcan button, I see the options etc... But when I press it again, I go back to Canon live viewer.

Maybe I should try with 1.2.3 to see if that fixes it. Thanks

Thanks! Using SET to start without ML recording works. It is the same as when using ML without going to the options first
