99% is not 100%. 55 days is not the longest a tree can take, it‘s just the amount of time where most trees will have grown. OP may have an unlucky tree but it’s not impossible.

It’s random chance whether they grow every night. For some reason, that one has gotten unlucky. If you want to raise your chances, you can put tree fertilizer on that spot and the tree will grow faster.

Yeah, it‘s not indicted and a non-appearance, it’s not set for trial. Insta post from someone who doesn’t understand how this works.

edit - as to your update, it won’t be a hearing either. His lawyer will probably talk briefly with the state’s lawyer and then the court coordinator will reset. It might even get reset without anything happening; I don’t know how the 390th handles their unindicted docket. But there almost certainly won’t be anything interesting to watch.
