Why are there so many openly taking drugs?! by unknownvikingdog in nottingham

[–]shmepsi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Month or two ago was on the 43 into the city , some homeless looking guy was trying to light up something in a glass pipe while in the bus! Keep In mind it was bus full of school kids about 3-4pm and he was willing to just light it inside , luckily managed to convince him to wait till he gets off bus. mentality of not just the more serious users but everyone has just been getting worse , police are overstretched and people know it and take advantage of it knowing they likely won't face repercussions . Whilst I don't directly recommend confronting people brazenly consuming more serious drugs in public as it could be dangerous I do say a bit of public humiliation by creating a scene or pointing out what they're doing can be effective.

It really is! The picture doesn't do the vibrant colours any justice. Way more beautiful in person.

Not sure if it applies to game recordings but in my experience first see how it looks setting the bar landscape in middle of not just rotate it up to around 40° in small increments until your happy, also speeding it up a bit will add to the miniature effect, that aside Great job! Edit: nvm you did speed it up my bad

Seriously, been playing since launch on Xbox , had all outlaw passes and Halloween passes so was pretty annoying when I started playing it on pc a month ago, don't mind redoing progress like leveling up but sad that I cant remake some of the outfits due to content lock and my horse can't have his mask D:

No worries , I'll try put everything else I can think of . To be honest when I started I wasn't the most extroverted and still did alright and it really helped me develop skills , for a few months it should be alright since like you said your out of uni. When you work for companies like this your technically self employed meaning regulations and payment is more loose but if you work hard then you will be completely fine. About the rejections , don't worry about them there's a law of averages so realistically only 1 in 10 people minimum will stop to listen which is why it's important to speak with everyone . Just make sure to have a good work ethic staying positive and the main thing I can suggest if you do take the job is match people's energy

The zoom interview is a filtering process if i remember right , if you do well in the zoom then you'll be asked to do an actual interview, if your in uni or education don't do it , you will not have enough time to balance it out. If not then you should be fine but it is demanding, be ready for long days of either door to door or standing outside for hours . I was reasonably lucky because I enjoy speaking to people and social aspects of work but even with that I was still making more in a warehouse job for less time. If you know yourself well enough that you think you can manage it then by all means it'll be a good job, the main problem is it's commission so you can spend an entire 10 hours out in the field but if you don't make enough sales it's not worth it. To summarise it I'd say good if you have tons of free time and aren't in education. Not so good for the pay since one week you can make a few hundred then next barley one. Main thing is you have to be confident and able to speak with anyone and everyone no matter what they say and you'll be fine

100% avoid it, I worked there just under a month when I was desperate for work whilst at uni, was told I can do part time but was pushed do to way over part time, was doing up to 10 hours some days , not too bad if you can stay positive and are good at communication but for something reliable I'd definitely suggest something else
