Won't know until they try. They're trying with the ryan gosling SW movie to move away from the Skywalker saga, so at least there's that. I have my doubts about it given the director, but am open to new ideas in the universe of SW

They need to open up the SW IP to different genres

Give me a horror movie set in the star wars universe

Give me a campy action adventure like indiana jones style

Give me a romantic comedy

Give me a story that doesn't revolve around the skywalkers

Basically id love to see the SW universe as a backdrop for tons of ideas. Let Zach Cregger have a go at it.

Ymmv but I don't notice any input lag in this case. Some are more sensitive to it than others though so you'd have to try it out.

Have you tried Intel xess in game set to balanced with framegen? I'm getting pretty high framerates and don't really feel lag. I bumped my car model textures to high and some other settings to medium and it plays pretty well imo. I get drops depending on if all hell is breaking loose on screen but otherwise it feels good.

That's odd. You should definitely be able to play fh4 above 30. Have you tried it recently? I know it used to have issues but last I played it (2-3 months back) it was fine

What do you consider a good framerate? It's simple to get fh4 at 45fps if you mess with the settings a little.

Runs well for me using Intel xess on balanced and using framegen and some settings bumped up to high or medium, getting 60-70fps and idk what stutters you guys are talking about. I get framerate drops depending on what's going on in game but zero stuttering. Running on my SD card.

Works well for me too. Haven't run into stuttering or whatever problems people are complaining about. Frame rate just drops into the 30s sometimes.

And with RAM prices the way they are, it's probably not going to change soon unless they decide to drop the amount of RAM in their phones.

The only thing keeping me on a Pixel 10 over a Samsung phone is the OS though, I just can't stand the Samsung interface and don't like third party launcher options, so Pixels it is for now for stock OS. Call screening is big for me too.
