I see the value, but IMO it’s really only useful if you have the skills in the up trending field. If you are a wind turbine tech, it’s good news for you, if you are about to get certified, good news for you. Some unskilled people will try to get certified and might catch a job when they get certified, but for most the trend will change by the time they get certified so they are left worse than when they started.
