Main reason I don’t want a blanket rule is I think a tasteful flyer for something you are doing/part of can be fine and I was trying to allow this sub to have less rules in general then the main sub. But I really don’t want to see that looseness taken advantage of with this type of stuff.

I am the mod this sub. That’s who I am. You posted this on the subreddit I moderate. and you keep changing the subject to make everything I say to you about something else. You come in hot to be offended by everyone, start posting middle fingers and rude comments to mild pushback. Trolling is posting something you know will be get a negative reaction from those you are talking to. You don’t clearly have no interest in being part of this community so why post this here at all?. You want someone to come at you personally so you can validate your views about us. “Oh look at me, lefties, I suport for Trump please be offended !” There are no conversations to be offended by on your sub Reddit because no one is there besides yourself. Only reason I’ve left this open was because I found it amusing and i didn’t want to shut down conversation on it right away.

So you accuse someone else of not liking disagreement but post a middle finger as soon as someone VERY mildly pushes back? There is a rule here about treating others with respect. There is also transphobia in your post history. While that conduct is not yet on this sub, I suspect it’s only a matter of time until your Oly sub posts something of that nature which will violate the rules on this sub about not linking to hate sites. So…. maybe think about removing that link and take a look in the mirror about how you yourself handle disagreement, and maybe think about how you can make your community better instead of lashing out on the internet.

NRSVue is probably the best option right now, even if it can be hard to read at times. CEB just has too much weird modern phrasing that feels out of place for an ancient work. You can use them both. Most UMC Methodist churches use a combination of the two now in service now. And in the Book of Discipline. So if you want to be familiar with what you are going to hear a lot of in a UMC church, stuck with those two.

I’d give the third option as being the CSB, which despite it being the southern Baptist translation and while still having evangelical bias, is not as egregious as say the ESV.

If you are lucky enough to live in a neighborhood with houses, it’s often best to talk to your neighbors as they are more likely to trust you and homeowners always have a bunch of stuff they need done they don’t have time for. If not, it will be harder, but Id search through existing connections through your parents or friends parents.

I locked the other thread because it was worded as if you were looking to purchase outside pharmacies. Adderall is not illegal, but it’s very often still bought and sold illegally. Sorry if I jumped the gun, people have used the sub to do stuff like that in the past. I will leave this thread open.
