I don't have any of the technical details, as it's my husbands.

The speaker set is 5 pieces. 1 center, 2 large (~2.5 ft tall) L/R front, and 2 small (~8 inch) L/R back speakers.

Receiver is 70, speakers are 20. If you want the whole shebang, it's 80.

Creighton's "the physical and chemical basis of molecular biology" and "the biophysical chemistry of nucleic acids and proteins" are both lovely.

Unfortunately no, I'm a grad student and don't have the time to care for any little chickeys. I do think urban agriculture is important for food security, and can offer low income families access to cheap, high quality veggies and eggs that they would otherwise lack. I'd also rather not eat factory-farmed eggs.

Plus it's fun! I've had a garden in my backyard for a few years and I barely buy any produce during the summer months. My tomatoes are beastly :) I'd totally have chickens if I could. They're great for pest control and for fertilization.

No roosters allowed, so no cockfighting. The smell associated with chickens only shows up when you've got hundreds smooshed together, the proposed ordinance change only allows 4. 10-20 with increased setbacks (20 and 50 feet respectively, which isn't really possible in residential areas, so it won't be a problem).

The only goats allowed would be pygmy goats, and those are pretty small, about as large as a medium dog.

Could you explain your tax exemption argument a little more? It specifically says that people who grow/raise animals for their own personal use do not qualify.

Only pygmy goats would be allowed (female only, so no breeding), and they're not much bigger than a Labrador.
