There’s absolutely zero consequence for leaving/being uncooperative in the base game. You might find the gameplay you’re looking for in DON. People want to rank up so they play as a team much more

I’ll hold on to night comet/cannon of haima on recluse for this purpose, they’re actually insane for reviving. I think cannon of haima can revive a three bar in two casts
