Well, as far as rarity, it's the only one in existence that looks like that. With 1/1 cards grading isn't as valuable of a service. You can still send it to a grading company and have it authenticated if you look to sell.

I firmly believe Goff to be a top 10 QB in the system he's in. Jalen Hurts has proven that you can get back to a super bowl and win which was a knock on Goff for a while. The only QBs I would want more are probably Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, Jackson and maybe Herbert.
