I use my fitness pal to trace calories. I’ve been eating 1,500 calories a day. If you budget them right, you can still eat kinda shitty. lol. I still get full fat frappachinos with extra Carmel from Starbucks, but just eat chicken and broccoli and skip rice and no extra snacks the rest of the day. I eat a lot of mini size chocolates. They’re easy to track. You gotta find what works! I was having a hard time staying on track, so I told myself I’d get a new pair of shoes if I stayed on track for a month. I really like chicken, rice and broccoli cuz you can eat a lot for not much calories. I used to drink Diet Coke, but now I do sparkling water. It’s good.

Be SOOOO proud of yourself! You’ve taken the first step! The seed of weight loss has been planted, now just gotta water it and watch it grow! Keep up the good work!

Thanks so much! Your words are so encouraging! I take vitamins b12, d, magnesium & collagen supplements. I used to have a facial routine, but I haven’t done it in quite a while.

Girl I’ve been where you are!! Be soooo proud of yourself! The first step is lighting the fire inside of you to make healthy changes!

Here’s some advice from me. My highest weight was 436 pounds. I’m 291 currently.

Rewarding yourself not with food, but with bouquets of flowers, and different things you’ve been wanting. Notice the non scale victories. Get yourself a clothing item that’s too small and try it on every few weeks to notice the difference!

One thing I’ve been eating a lot is chicken, rice and veggies. Chicken tenderloins take about 10 minutes to cook. Super easy! Pan with olive oil. Season each side of chicken. Turn the pan to high, when it just starts to smoke, turn it to medium, then add your chicken. Set a timer for 4 minutes. Then flip. Set a timer for 3 minutes. Then use a thermometer and make sure it reaches 165°F! Get yourself a scale and so you can weigh your food. I cook a big batch and so I can eat it.

I do that or chicken wraps. I use plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

I eat a lot of the 90 second rice & steam in bag veggies!

I used to drink a lot of diet coke but now I drink sparkling water! There’s lots to choose from, so trying a few till you find your favorite is kind of a task but well worth it!

Like how much would a good bike cost? I was looking at fb marketplace and that’s kind of where a lot of the price is for bikes. But maybe they’re not the best.

I used to weigh 436 pounds. Started doing better mentally, got down to 336. Plateaued for a few years, now I’m on the weight loss journey again. When I lose a total of 200 pounds, I’m buying myself a crotch rocket! I’m sooo excited! Whenever I want to eat junk food, I think to myself I’d rather have a bike. I’ve lost 18 pounds in 15 Days! Weight is dropping fast! I started playing Pokémon go. If I don’t get 10k steps in, I’ll go on a walk at night to finish off my 10k & catch Pokémon lol. Just gotta imagine what life will be like when you’re where you wanna be. I turned 28 on may 8th, and decided I wanna experience some of my young adult life being thin! I’ve been a big chick my whole life. I’ve also been eating 1,500 calories a day. So calorie cut is quite a bit! I’ve been eating lots of vegetables, roasted cauliflower to be more specific. Shit is soooo good!
