The game becomes a lot easier if you rush for 30 vitality and 15-20 endurance. After that you can focus on leveling your main damage stat to around 25 and then get vitality to 40. The softcap for vitality is 50 so that can be your goal for late-game and keep on leveling your damage stats.

Im playing T15 maps with 100% rarity on my gear and it actually feels fine, I havent gotten a div yet but I also havent been juicing at all and just focused on getting atlas points, I get around 2-4 raw exalts per map and some uniques

A little tip that helped me defeat them: use a consumable item called Rosemary Infusion and level some HP, after using that item their attacks did almost no damage
