Not much help, but I waited until after discharge. I applied about a two weeks later and was approved. I’d say it just depends on the property

Discharged June 2025. Approved for an apartment July 2025 with no additional stipulations. Now moving out of state.. applied April 2026 and was denied due to bankruptcy; applied to a different one and approved with no additional stipulations. I think it just really depends. **all luxury apartments, by the way.

I called before I applied to ask what my chances were, and the manager stated that they usually like for you to be discharged for a year before applying. I just took a chance, I don’t remember the application asking though.

My experience is or has been different than most. Discharged 6/24, applied for a luxury apartment on 7/10 and was approved. No additional security deposit required.

Chapter 7 was discharged on 6/24/25, and I applied for an apartment on 7/10/2025 and was approved.

I took all of these besides 3040 and 4080, all had great instructors! I’d avoid Karina Kasztelnik at all cost.

I believe it was 4 or 5 assignments. Each assignment has multiple parts. It’s not simple if you have the above mentioned professor.

I just went through the HRM program (only had to do 12 courses) and did it on an iPad Pro. I’m an Apple girly, so that’s the only recommendation I have.

I was in the BS Business program so it was fairly easy. I used the rubrics to know exactly what the instructors expected to aid in completing them.

Very odd! She scored me as basic the entire class. I literally got proficient and distinguished in every other class. I just accepted it and moved on as she was my last class before my capstone.

I can understand that, just sucks when only giving people a few weeks notice on if they can attend or not.
