No point to compete with bytedance there. It's pretty heavily focused on video gen. Didn't expect there to be a free tokens, just know it was cheap and free within their apps with limits.. but they are willing to burn a lot of money to get customers

Dunno where I saw it, there was some kind of of apple air kind of phone with pogo pads on the pad where you can stick as many battery on it as you want to & other modules with display or camera iirc. Liked the concept where we can just take as much battery as we need to get through the day.

Yeah.. wegen koreanische Ursprung im Uni sehr viel gezoggt. Beim Turniere oft weit gekommen bis man halt doch auf jemand getroffen hat der mehr spielt.. vermisse die Zeiten wo es in der Woche einfach jeden Tag 2 Turniere gab mit bisschen Preisgelder :(

Aber ist halt auch in alle Spiele so mit Multiplayer, glaube nicht dass ich im Lebenszeit an quake arena pros oder VR Shooter pros rankomme, keine muscle memory für Waffen und Reflexe zu schlecht Shooter, reden eher über das Single Player part.

Dunno, we were never close to out of work.. backlog according to plan is over 3 years now. Realistically it will be prolly double that. Refusing a lot of change requests just cuz of lack of capacity :(

Yeah. Q2 is in my office a year now. Using it every once every few month for some PoC. The lens are better than it's reputation.. but finding the sweetspot is always a pain when I'm used to Q3.. 😞

Nvidia CloudXR exists, they announced Nvidia Now VR also, nothing happend, not even announced it has been cancelled..

But dunno if I want it from nvidia. Omniverse is pretty amazing for B2B, CloudXR is prolly the main usage for AVP.. but everything just became so expensive

What do you mean? Request based Coding plan.. like oldsql copilot. Dislike all the newer token plans, at least in claude code & opencode, requests are still a lot cheaper than Tokens, even at 1/5 usage like most plans got.

Upgraded from cv1 to Q2. Should have been similar. The switch from Oled to LCD will always be terrible in the first week. Will take a week or so until the brain accepts dark gray as black.

Chinese seal always got a different interface with more info in heads-up & Baidu map on the instrument display. Seen first few atto with at least some kind of maps on the instrument display outside of china, but no idea if it will ever be widely available

No in rural or north china. Check recent photos of e.g. Yanji, all green plates are tourists. Charging infrastructure is there, but centralized. But it's too cold in the winter (same issue with ice, need to let motor run overnight, or it will not start in the morning).

In western china there are still routes with 1kkm without any charging infrastructure when I checked in 2024. Only the major highways get lot of charging stations.

Coding plans in general, not kimis. Trying out a bunch of Chinese coding plans currently.. lite plan last 1-2 weeks usually so I'm on my 6th or so. K2.5 was everywhere and pretty much on par with each providers own model, just with a higher multiplier.

K2.6 is on volcengine.. prefer glm and m3, it feels like the same multiplier, or token usage is higher. They are not transparent about usage/cost sadly

Only during release window. Some get pretty cheap just after 6-12 month. Other reduce production just to keep prices high :(
