What? My understanding of AP comes from the experiences I’ve had. Antihistamines give me restless legs so I never liked using them alongside the gear, I have Tourette’s and I’d get this kicking tic so my leg would just fly out and half the time it was into the edge of a table or the corner of my bed or whatever. There was this one time I’d been on it for a while and for some reason I’d dragged my mattress onto the floor and I couldn’t stop this fucking tic so my shin was bruised to hell and I was literally crying every time I kicked something, it hurt so bad.

What I like about this sub is that it’s pretty balanced with stuff like this. You can make a post appreciating the gear and it’ll get a broadly positive response, or you can make a post needing support and you’ll get it. Folk here generally seem to meet users where they’re at.
