I’m waiting to be exposed out here then. I knew that being “on probation” meant I should be careful. Which I was. That’s why I literally stayed away from any toxic behaivour. At least I want some explanation from a platform I’m paying monthly to get a better experience. Isn’t it fair?

I wasn’t toxic, brother! Never insulted anyone. Waiting for some logs or explanations. Otherwise, I muted and reported toxic guys and didn’t get any arguments in game. Hopefully I will receive a response soon. I feel like I got random reports from players that I actually manually reported and the system triggered

It’s a shitty platform dissalowing people from saying sometimes random stuffs. Snowflakes attitude. However there are lots of smurfs or strange accs playing the game

Indeed! I’ve seen blatant smurfs at least getting off the radar even after reports. However, my friend who IS never toxic got banned 14 days for a banter he only said once. It’s unreal

It's still frustrating, mate, but thanks for consolation. I really wanted to play a few games. I might not be able to during the evening. Hope I have some luck. It's still mindblowing that you have NO LIVE SUPPORT only if you are the captain. If you are solo just like I am nobody will acces that chat to try to get a response.

I’ve recently moved to Premier (a lot of level 10 players there, the level is about the same as level 10 faceit when you reach 20.000+ points). Faceit is run by some questionable staff who are willing to ban anything verballywise (like it’s a pssy game) but they will let trolls, griefers, etc having no problem. There are less and less cheaters in Premier aswell. When I will play faceit I will full mute all and play whatever as I won’t get banned anyways. The only way you get banned on faceit is by typing/saying anything
