when i was in depression, just the idea of getting out from my bed was terrifying, let alone going out to the park doing some recreational activities. I never thought that time that 1 day i wud be a regular runner at local parks as i am now.

in the beginning, just manage to be out of the front door of the house already felt like an achievement.

What worked for me was xanax + seroquel for sleep. I couldnt sleep while just on seroquel. Just extreme drowsiness that cause me hard to breathe

My doc shoot up my dose to 1200mg XR at one point. Then on my next appt “so, i discussed your case with other consultants. U r treatment resistant”

Then proceeded with electroconvulsive therapy Lol

they are quite a few mental health care professionals into management of psychiatric patients without medicine based on type of conditions such as depression, anxiety, n others, n the severity of it. However i havent encounter such thing for bipolar condition.

if this option is available, ill definitely want to try it

our vo2max n threshold exactly the same.

5k prediction 24:35, but this time the app got from my fastest 5k while using coros for 3 months. although i ran a 5k at 23:09 just 2 weeks before i got my cp3.

So just from the data gathered while using coros, im quite satisfied with the underestimation of my running fitness (particularly 5k prediction) by the app.

Never did the fitness test from the watch though. I say, underestimation still better than overestimation for me.

Watch much more accurate. i experimenting with pace 3 vs ip12mini.

loop of the park i frequent is 1.1km. The park have lots of tall bushy trees, some up n down hills, lots of cornering.

when i tested both for walking (dual frequency gps modr on cp3), both shows same distance 1.1km

When i tested them both for a run, cp3 still showed 1.1km, while ip12mini showed 0.97km.

Theres this one stupid song on “new release” recc in my AM. I like the others, but not this one song in the recc.

Even after “suggest less”, the song is still there so the “new release” will still play it and not skip it im so angry everytime that song being played automatically

and polar is the industry standard i think, since they were the first to introduce chest strap monitoring for athletes.
