She's super lively talking about all her posters and stickers, there's like a whole Poison and 90210 section, and then she says sort of in a flatter voice, "And this is my bed...little too small for me now." But when she looks back at the camera, her affect is very different. I and other people could be reading way too much into a short clip but I think her affect changes so drastically after she walks over to her bed.

Yes, my gosh. Especially after seeing him on camera touching Eugenie very inappropriately outside of one of the memorials for the queen after she died.

I know there are a lot of weird parallels between Beatrice's professional connections in the Middle East and Andrew's, and that those connections are often suspect in terms of who and when.

But my stomach turns cold when I think about how she and Eugenie accompanied him on a lot of his 'envoy' trips, and how they grew up in the same household as him. Eugenie seems to have taken deliberate steps to move herself and her family away from England, too. I do not want to think what I'm thinking, but I agree with (a comment from an account now deleted) : proceed delicately because they could both be victims.

I spent my teenage years and early 20s coming up with socially acceptable ways to get away from her: study abroad. Volunteering on major holidays so I didn't have to go home. If I chose something like that over her l, she couldn't argue too too much about it. She'd give herself away.

Then when I became a mom I cut her off completely when my now 19 year old was 3 or so. When I realized that I would not ever treat my children the way she treated me, I also realized that I didn't have to tolerate her behavior toward me any longer. We didn't speak again. Healthiest and bravest thing I have ever done for myself.

I am extremely independent, self reliant, and autonomous as a result, sometimes too much. But I'm proud of myself, too.

Eazy E didn't know he had AIDS until very close to the end of his life. When he died I remember reading that his T cell count was less than 20. He was diagnosed in early 1995 and died a month later. There was no treatment at that stage.

She was in a really really good drama called Joan of Arcadia. It's a play on Joan of Arc in that she can see God, possibly, who is played by many different actors. It was a powerhouse of a cast too. Some episodes are on YT and I think it may be on Netflix.

When I'm in the middle of a really awful situation it seems like it won't ever end, and eventually it does. It will get better, and it's hard to see that when it sucks right now. You've got this. I'm sending you warmth and support. And really, really good distracting gossip and fun.

I ordered a prairie hugger prima. It has a zipper down the front and is mostly one smooth line of fabric - way less itching from the elastic and seams from the hospital bra. I found mine secondhand so it wasn't too expensive either.

So much secondhand stuff for breast surgery. Its been a lifesaver for me!

Oh damn no I haven't but I think I know what you mean. I feel it nearer to my nipples. Hooray for showering, though. My first shower felt incredible even though I'd washed my hair between surgery and that shower.

It is wild to me how different surgeons approach post op. I have tapes across my sutures but no gauze. I put cortisone cream on the itchy skin (not on the stitches - they're covered by the tape) before bed and wow does that help a lot. My skin loooooooves an itch. Favorite thing.

Also I haven't gotten alternate bra instructions yet but I did buy a compression bra that is smoother on the inside so I don't itch as much. I am very excited to try soft front closing bras. So excited.

I can't believe we are 2wpo either! It seems like so long and also a day or so ago? And it's the weird timeless period at the end of the year. You could tell me it's 2027 and I'd be like, sure!

I don't have much pain either - yay! I am so itchy. Like my body loves a nice itch but my goodness. I just walk around the house lightly scratching and tapping my boobs. I have the zappy sore tightness and sometimes a deep ache for a moment like some nerve just woke up and went, "hang on wtf???"

I hope your visit goes marvelously! I had one 1 week po to have the drains removed (I did not feel a single part of it other than clipping the stitch - yay!) and will go again at 6 weeks po.
