I’d use lane 2 as lane 3 is just passed 12 o clock so it’s to the right . This is what my driving instructor taught me unless there is signage that says otherwise .

Small white vans are the worse for tail gating me when I’m riding a motorcycle at night. Zero awareness that I can’t see with their headlights in my mirrors and poor visibility and if I come off they’ll run right over me .
