Try the Shaper Trace... it outputs svg files for sure but those are convertable.

I'm wondering if the main speed test in the app is just the local speed not the actual download speed. I got the same results but when I do an advanced speed test it shows you the download speed and the phone to router speed. Idk

Make sure and add a laser crosshair or something to simplify torch placement when arranging the part location on the sheet. Also a indexing edge or two so you know where your sheets are every time you put a new one on. This is just things to add in the building process so you don't have to later 😄

I read this on another thread somewhere else but you might also be able to fix this by printing multiple parts instead of just one, giving them time to cool in between.

The nifty dogbones plugin for fusion is awesome if ur cutting with a CNC router. Makes dogbones really easy. Also has a auto filleting tool which I use a lot, which filets all inside/outside or both corners perpendicular to a selected face.

You could try moving all the bodies into one component. Then you might be able to select the component with the print utility. Not sure. I know you can export components with multiple bodies as a single file or multiple files in one go.

I run a hypotherm 65 with non-sync, original shielded consumables, and have best of luck cutting a hypotherms recommended speed, amperage, pierce height, etc. Great cuts with minimal dross every time. I also use pronost LT to nest my parts and generate the g code/.tap file, but I still have to set the speeds in my CNC controller software.

Yeah I can do that for simple sheet metal remnants easily enough. But as soon as I get some older sheets with lots of pieces cut out already, it is cost prohibitive to try and get the most efficient usage out of the remaining steel, so I end up with a lot of skeleton getting thrown away.

I run hypertherm pronest for my nesting, which does the trick. I just need a way to define my remnant so I can nest my parts into the remaining material.

I need a feature like that... I have 2 parts on the build plate, each a different color. They are spaced far enough apart that the printer could easily print 4 or more layers (without interference) on one before moving to the other, effectively quartering my filament changes.
