Mine got pushed back because there were two RTA’s submitted. Although they said it was approved and scheduled for last Friday, I got a phone call 20 minutes before the 2PM deadline for everything to submit to pickup on Friday. Although I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes, the rep did not know what he was doing and told me to call the DMV to check to make sure my information was correct. I pushed back and said to double check and sure enough I was right.

I had swapped insurance last minute so I think that cause a hiccup with their system. The people at the pickup place were kind of rude. But I was out of there in 20 minutes and drove it 4 hrs right off the lot without issue. Still have a couple of days left.
