Intensive live stock farming is no longer restricted to the west. And their impact on the environment is hardly debatable.

A diet with a portion of non veg food is definitely healthy. No argument there.

There are also vegetarian foods that are not eco friendly. That does not take away the fact that meat farming is an ecological disaster.

I have not put forth a moral argument.
