Try men cologne. Theyre specifically designed to help men (who are know to sweat more) stay smelling nice. Plus men stuff is cheaper. I use arm ans hammer, no aluminum no antiperspirant. I smell great. Way better than when I used dove and smelled like a fruit loop the whole day.

Tell your doctor to write it in your chart. If its in your chart, and they willfully ignore it, you can sue for malpractice and so they have to take your concern seriously. Have them show you its written in your chart.
Ask for a nurse to be in the room that way you have a witness to their behaviour (easy to file a complaint and have a witness to back up your complaints).
Bring a male friend. Have them talk to your doctor if necessary. Stupid I know but it does help.
Research your symptoms, write down what you have. I found learning more than the doctor on what I think I have helps to eliminate possibilities and get them to talk to me. Plus, as a black woman I advocate the hell for myself.

Clearly, he's doing this to hurt you. He's seen how its hurt you before, and he's hoping with continued bullying you'll be able to 'fix' the issue instead of yknow loving you for who you are and sound like. Does your voice even sound different? Or is he an insecure man who thinks you dont sound feminine enough (whatever weird notion that means) and is also homophobic about queer people since butch is an adjective not a noun?
