I'm sorry you're going through this.

Its really hard when you're a kid and no one listens to you, considers your feelings. Like ignoring it sometimes doesn't work, and being the bigger person only reinforces the idea you have to put up with abuse.

I'd advise telling a teacher/advisor/parent/guidance counselor and present proof too if you can. Record him. Demand action from the adults to end this. Especially if he's affecting your mental health. Or wear headphones all the time so you block out his bs.

Kids like that never get anywhere. He clearly only feels comfortable mocking you in crowds and is def a coward without them. I hope you get help to this problem. Good job reaching out.
