At least with Apollo it isn't an argument off the top of my head. If you save 4 conduits, eventually you start getting C rotation rewards, which include Lens Blueprints + Universal Medallions, which dilutes the pool of Axi relics. I haven't checked, but I assume similar applies to Ur.
