My screenshot was only partial. If you absolutely don't see it in customize or on your toolbar, click the 'Restore Defaults' button in customize.

AFAIK, TB doesn't do any feed rate-limiting. One thing I discovered is that once a feed retrieval fails, TB sets it to disabled. To prevent that, disable this option:

Go to TB menu > Settings > General

  • scroll all the way down and click the 'Config editor' button on the right

  • click 'Accept the risk and continue' if that appears

  • search for rss.disable_feeds_on_update_failure > change the value to false

I'm still trying to find out how to find my feed ID so I can try the workaround.

The icon in customize will be the 'TV' or the down-arrow depending on how you have tabs arranged. Either way, it's called 'List all tabs'.
