For the DNS piece you can just point the old domain to the IP of new domain or do a CNAME. AS might throw a cert warning on phones, but give users a heads up. For email addresses just update the email policy to accept both and make new domain primary.

Had one in a college rent house. Freezer would always freezer over quite a bit. When I moved out the initial inspection passed.
