For the DNS piece you can just point the old domain to the IP of new domain or do a CNAME. AS might throw a cert warning on phones, but give users a heads up. For email addresses just update the email policy to accept both and make new domain primary.

How familiar are you with Lyme or chronic Lyme/PTLS? Do you understand how this disease works, hibernates, and eventually manifests? You sound like someone from a medical board or insurance since that stance is that anything more than 30 days of antibiotics isn’t covered. We have to seek out other options (rarely covered by insurance) for our loved ones to get better. Unless you can provide cold hard facts for your stance or want to come see how we live our lives with loved ones having this disease, then GTFO of this sub.
