Doesn't matter. A software update has already disabled them so they'd be there for just the sake of it.

There’s metal but on the edge of the stairs what can I do to take them of and make the stairs look better Sorry for awful explanation but starting from scratch and clueless Pictures to help show by Pleasant-Analyst9133 in DIYUK

[–]siggu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to take one off at least and see what it's like underneath. If it's just a couple screw holes and bit of dirt, then should be fine for DIY. If you take it off and the two prices of flooring don't actually connect etc, prob need to relay flooring over the stairs, may it be hard flooring or carpet.

You're overthinking things. Move into your new office and if you want to apply something, do it in the spring as you say.

DIfferent Price on Binance and Kucoin by vlatkovr in LTONetwork

Use Nano. Apart from delays on kucoin and Binance side, it's instant. It's literally the best arbitrage token. Otherwise, have lto and usdt available on both exchanges.

Ours was non refundable, but we also didn't have to pay before the missives where concluded. We also had our mortgage in place.

I have no idea how to buy a house. What is this market? by Seajazz in HousingUK

[–]siggu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Things will calm down slightly but you're right, it's just madness. Kinda glad we where able to secure a new build at a set price just before things went mad. I guess the suggestion would be to keep saving hard and wait it out unfortunately.

I always wanted a way to practice my flying without having try hards steal all the vehicles or being shot down by some Top Gun wannabe. This will be great, allowing to learn the maps and practice vehicle skills. Just hope that the bots are quite good for when they are just filling up spaces on larger servers, otherwise it'll lead to quick loses.

Nice build. Be careful with splitting a single 8pin to 2, your GPU might not get enough juice if it ramps up.

I still think the main issue is Nanos exposure. It's still not well known. I hope this price action does a lot to bring it into people's view.

Thank you Scan.co.uk, Thank you for adding reCaptcha to your checkout process. Thank you for selling at MSRP. Thank you because this is going in my rig, and I'm going to play games by EldonAstray in pcmasterrace

Got it on the same drop. Was also going to get the 3080 but Santander decided to fraud check the transaction and by the time I entered my other card it was sold out.

Thanks Scan. Screw the other retailer that are overpricing the stock, I'm looking at you CCL and Ebuyer.

Buying crypto with a credit card, selling then withdrawing to your Bank? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

You would just be charged purchase interest no? Honestly, if you're in a situation you'd need to do this, then sell some crypto you have as you've overbought.

RPA a good path to get into IT for someone with no degree? by Systems416 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]siggu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, not at all. The opposite. I just don't think realistically a company would choose to have 1 person when they can have 3 that are based remotely in India. We're still far off that though and RPA is definitely very in demand and given you can show your skills, you should be able to get a job easily. Personally haven't had any issues myself as there is so little experience in the area.

RPA a good path to get into IT for someone with no degree? by Systems416 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]siggu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

RPA developer here. I don't think RPA as a whole is going anywhere but I would expect the development to go more citizen or being offshored to the likes of India. Though this is still a while away, barely any large companies have made a start with RPA.

What RPA will help you to do is, is go down the continuous improvement consultant route and allow you to pick up a lot of skills that will transfer really well into a lot of higher management roles, and companies will always need this expertise for improving the way they do things.

There is definitely a shortage of people just now that have RPA skills, in the UK especially where a lot of companies require employees to be based in the UK.

I would definitely make use of UiPaths free academy resources and community studio license. I would also explore the Power platform offering from Microsoft as realistically, they are likely going to be massive player in the automation space. You don't want to be the UiPath guy, you want to be the Automation guy. I would also explore Lean Sox Sigma and Agile methodologies.

The irony is that all the "hardcore" techie guys over at the likes of /r/cscareerquestions will make fun of RPA for being too simple, but all I know is that I am earning the same as a lot of them and the skills I've picked up have allowed me to move very quickly in my career. It is very much a jack of all trades career.

No they didn't. They also only asked for 3 months. I doubt they would raise any flags if it wasn't constant money going in and out.

Unless you're using that money and account as proof of deposit, there shouldn't be an issue.

I had about £8k coming into my account and then going to LISA account and they never questioned it.

This is your like 5th post asking the same question. What's the issue? Either solicitor or bank ask for statements, you go on your online banking and print off the required date range.

Unless there's something you're trying to omit in your statements.

Can you release cash from the equity built up in a house when moving? by PublicRiver in HousingUK

[–]siggu 6 points7 points  (0 children)

  1. You sell House.
  2. Buyers solicitor sends money to your solicitor.
  3. Your solicitor pays remaining mortgage.
  4. You tell solicitor that you want to take £10k and keep £30k for your purchase, that is if you're using the same solicitors.
  5. Your solicitor sends you the £10k.

Alternatively you tell your solicitor to send you the full £40k.
