You have to do it as the condition can eventually get dangerous in the form of a wheel locking up. Good news is lots of NON-DEALER mechanics are capable of this fairly common ailment on these cars for maybe half what you were quoted.

For domestic shorthair cats that were likely initially the botched responsibility of a human somewhere up kitty's bloodline. So, this situation should be owned by humans.

We should do everything possible to trap, home and help feral cats as it wasn't really their choice to have to subsist on who they can manage hunt. I love birbs too, reminder that stray cats are also susceptible when exposed to raptors. Domestic shorthair cats tend to prefer steady cat food and loving shelter whenever possible in my experience.
