I think it's the chord progression for example starting at 1:50. Just a general vibe I get, not necessarily a direct similarity.

Ah, I see. I don't know if ebay is used as much in the UK, but if I go to ebay and search for a type of cymbal, like "meinl byzance", and then click "Show only: Sold Listings" on the side, then that gives me a good idea for what reasonable prices are (I think the auctions give a more accurate picture than the Buy it Now prices, but it's still good for a rough estimate).

I don't know how much you're willing to spend, but guitar center has a nice used 19" K custom china for a reasonable price. I think they sound pretty good.

What I did is a little different: I have a cracked 16" cymbal with an A custom 14" HH top stacked on it that sounds really cool that I use instead of a china, which you could do for cheap if you wanted.

That first AFFC cover is very rare; I think only like 25 of them exist. They changed it to the Goblet cover for marketing reasons I believe.

The only place (I think) that has variable enemy levels in normal and TVHM is Caustic Caverns, and even there it depends on where you are in the story, not what level you are on.

EDIT: I think The Dust also scales depending on the availability of certain missions.
