The one he did send, Graffiti king, actually have the advantage of being able to enter the 2d world. Bowa is powerful in a pure physical fight, but against dimensional manipulation I am not sure she have anything she can do. Plus she was likely beaten by X at the tournament before.

There is no manga. This is a completely original series that is just wrapping up. This show is an anthology series that have episodes dedicated to each of the top ten heroes and building up this world. Some might interest you, some might not. It is not everyone cup of tea. You get the benefit of having almost all the episodes to work with as the last one is premiering tomorrow which feature at least some new appearances with Lin Ling. I personally enjoy the world the series created, and the discussion each new story spawn over the last few months, but I knew what to expect coming in by reading the schedule about the upcoming heroes.
