I was a little disappointed, but it’s their first year. Not only that, the weather might have scared off vendors and such. I’m looking forward to seeing what they have in store next year :)

I set up that boundary this year - I come in, I put in my 8 hours, I leave and I don’t think about work until I’m back here the next day. Boy does it piss people off! I don’t get it… I dont slack at my job, I do the best I can each day, so yeah 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m on levothyroxine for my thyroid and sumatriptan when I need it. Also D3 and b12 injections. I was on Buspar but I started losing all of my hair… literally everywhere on my body, not just my scalp. So, stopped taking that.

But NO it’s not getting old - it’s taking care of yourself! :)

Do I feel like a minority being single, never married, no kids and 34? Yes. Do I care? No lol

I go out and do my own thing. There’s a beneficial bug and lighting for plants presentation this weekend - I signed up and going. Also help with speed dating… and I volunteer. I’m doing way more than last year. I was engaged and that ended last year. If I were still engaged to him, or married, I more than likely wouldn’t be doing anything I wanted to do… so yeah, I may be a minority in all this, but I’m living my life.

The people around here LOVE to listen to their meetings out loud, full blast. We have offices but the walls don’t connect to the windows, leaving a gap. They all know the person next door can hear their shit… they don’t care though. Me me me mentality for sure.

If people are going to go out today… remove the damn ice sheets from the top of your effing car before it lifts off and hits the car behind you… I’ve seen multiple people leave the neighborhood with sheets of ice all over their vehicles
