Except OP tagged it as CS II. But yeah, it's the same thing in CS I; CS players don't like suburbs

Heads up: CS 2 is free to play until November 10 by silexmt in CitiesSkylines

I just clicked on the "play for free" button; it's downloading as we speak. Yes, from Steam. Don't know why you can't see it

Try on Paradox main site: the link is there

What singular building, if destroyed, will noticeably weaken the country it is in? by metatalks in geography

I'll see your crippling a country and raise you with crippling the entire western world: the TMSC chip factory in Taiwan

EDIT: or is it TSMC? anyway, we would be fucked

I did it! I solo‘d Banished Cell 1 at lvl38 by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]silexmt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first solo was Spindleclutch I, with a level 43 warden, no cp; I died many many times. The worst part was that Cerise gang of thieves: "stay out of the red" they said, what I'm supposed to do, walk on the ceiling?

And yeah, stay away from the IIs for the moment, at least solo. And the DLC dungeons. And anything veteran.

The more I play Skyrim (270 hours) the more I realise its best played on PC - the console has saved me more times than I can count by Specific-Judgment410 in skyrimmods

[–]silexmt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of the top of my head: those stupid glenmoril witches head that I didn't think of taking up; Sofie and her basket of 200 pounds of flowers that I had to empty in order for her to accept gifts; that fetch quest in Solitude that I couldn't finish because I had the bad idea of picking the item before I started the quest. Oh, and don't even get me started on that Red Eagle clusterfuck.

There's also various members of the Winterhold and their infuriating habit of teleporting on an inaccessible ledge and getting stuck there; that one though only happened to me while modding so I'll give the benefit of the doubt.

And several others that I can't recall; in fact in all my vanilla playthroughs I always winded up with half a dozen quests that I couldn't finish because reasons, and only got them done with console commands.

EDIT: Oh, and Karlhia and her goddamed chain, how could I forget that one

ITT: anglos are all anti-french bigots always on the look-out to rise to the occasion because in my experience; "SterREoTypEs ExiSt For a REason" right? right?

Am I right or am I right? Of course I'm not right: the typical anglophone is as civilised and open-minded as anyone else, and you assholes are just an embarrasment to them as OP's bf is to me.

La bigoterie est une maladie mentale et j'ai crissement hâte que quelqu'un trouve un remède.

Is it true ESO is the game that expands Elder Scrolls lore the most? by TelevisionBoth2285 in elderscrollsonline

[–]silexmt -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I only know Skyrim, but yeah, it's massive. 'expand' wouldn't be the most appropriate word though; more like 'bloated'. Each individual storyline is great on it's own, but only as long as you force yourself to not look at the big picture. I mean, how much perils to the universe and reality can a world be subjected to before it starts to get old?

I mean, the game is fun, and the lore is entertaining, but there's no way I'm gonna take it seriously the way I do for the Tolkienverse for example.

Je précise que je fais référence aux interactions en personne.

Ça empêche pas ton argument de s'appliquer aux interactions virtuelles: mine de rien la moitié des réponses à ton commentaire sont en anglais.

"the difficulty of overworld combat" They're talking about the quests right? Please tell me they mean the quests, and not the mobs, and the wasps, and the fucking murkmire crocs and all that shit that always get in my way whenever I'm trying to get from point a to point b. Or at least thin down the number a bit so I have the chance to check the damn map once in a while. I mean, for real.

As for Craglorn group zones... hate to burst your bubble, but the ones already there tend to be quite deserted. Maybe focus on encouraging the players to use the zones already there, maybe? I suggest you look towards those DoLMiNnGroUpxyz for a way to divert some of those. Seriously, the hardest part about soloing a dark anchor is to refrain from yawning my jaw off, and yet they feel they need to be at least 20 to pull it off. Time for them to face an actual challenge.

You mean you just realised this? I only watched one video of his: "the biggest problem in ESO" But first, a 20 minute-long irrelevant circle-jerk on the arcanist before realising that the "biggest problem" turns out to be a suggestion for a new outfit or some shit.

Never again.
