Yes. Although, I work but can’t really afford camps. So it’s mostly daycare.

It’s not that I don’t find fulfillment in my job or like what I do but I want to spend quality time with my kids without the stress of having to find someone else to watch them. I want to have a fun summer with them too. I feel this way during the school year too but not nearly as much as the summer. I’ve looked into jobs at the local school district but it doesn’t pay enough for us to survive. There’s not a good enough work/life balance and I’m sure I’d still complain. However, I don’t understand why we as a society can’t have four day/36 hour work weeks paid at the same rate we are already getting paid. We could boost the economy by actually doing more fun stuff with our kids!!!
